Hayneedle now has two e-commerce facilities in Monroe!  In order to meet increased demand and facilitate growth, the company recently announced plans to occupy Building 8 in Park North at Monroe.  The new building is expected to start receiving shipments in June 2017.  For more information on the Hayneedle expansion, click here.  

Building 8 was a speculative construction project by IDI-Gazeley.  The building was completed in mid-2016 and fully leased shortly thereafter.  IDI-Gazeley currently has a 750,000 SF speculative building under construction next to the Hayneedle site.
